Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Anashim+ (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Anashim+ is a mobile application that helps you organize and manage personal information, contacts, records, reminders, attachments, and related data on your device. Features may include local storage, backups, import from device contacts, receiving shared content from other apps, on-device OCR, on-device AI assistance, PDF viewing, and biometric unlock where available on your device.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your local unlock password and device security.
  • Ensuring that any information you enter into or import into the App is accurate and lawful, and that you have any rights needed to store or process that information.
  • Reviewing and verifying any AI- or OCR-generated suggestions or extracted text before relying on them.
  • Backing up your data regularly and verifying that backups restore successfully.
  • Understanding that App data in this release is stored on your device (and any backup locations you choose), and that uninstalling the App, resetting or losing your device, storage or OS failure, corruption, or an incomplete backup can permanently delete your data.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

AI and OCR Disclaimer

The App may offer on-device optical character recognition (OCR) and on-device artificial intelligence features that suggest, extract, classify, or complete information.

  • These features are provided for convenience only and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or biased results.
  • You are solely responsible for checking the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI or OCR output before using it, saving it, or acting on it.
  • Anashim+ does not warrant that AI or OCR results will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • AI and OCR features do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Use the App to store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Anashim+ and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Pricing and Transfer

This release may be offered without charge for personal use. We may later change pricing, offer paid features, or sell, transfer, or license the App to third parties. If that happens, we will update these Terms as needed. Your data and user rights remain subject to applicable law and these Terms (as updated).

Advertisements

This release does not display advertisements. If we later add third-party advertisements, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before enabling them. We are not responsible for advertiser content or any interactions you may have with advertisers; those interactions are solely between you and the advertiser.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your data and device.

Data Loss and Backups

Anashim+, its owners, operators, and contributors are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your data, for any reason. This includes, without limitation, loss from uninstalling the App, device loss or damage, software or hardware failure, bugs, interruptions, failed or incomplete backups or restores, third-party storage you choose (such as iCloud Drive or Files), or your failure to keep a current working backup. You use the App and store data at your own risk. Regular backups are your responsibility.

Service Availability

We strive to ensure the App is available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA (WHETHER OR NOT RECOVERABLE), LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI OR OCR OUTPUT. WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO RECOVER DATA THAT EXISTS ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE OR IN BACKUPS YOU CONTROL.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anashim+, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
